y do old folks say that eating too much sugar can cause diabetes??
i mean,
dun their bodies carry out homeostasis?
even if u take in a lot of sugar,
the insulin will convert them to glycogen wat..
which means excess sugar does not cause diabetes,
instead it's cos of the inability of the body to produce insulin
even though theres excess sugar in a healthy body,
the insulin keeps getting produced to convert them to glycogen.

i noe this is my second post today...
but the trip to the HPB was very fun,
i got some curved spine prob...
so i went to the HPB fer checkup..
i had to go X-Ray!!!
i was super excited..its my first time..

so there i was sitting on the bench waiting fer the X-ray,
then i saw the girl shes so beuatiful.
i dunno wats wrong with me,
but suddenli i was so brave to talk to her.
i got her number jus like how lutfi had taught me..
thnx vry much lutfi!!! i'm very grateful.
hope ur proud of me...:)
her mother who was sitting next to her questioned her...
she told her that i'm her fren...
the she said a vry mouthful "Oh".
so we continued talking while waiting fer my turn to dress into my X-Ray gown..its a fashion disaster aniwae....
she also live in Bukit Panjang and her name is Adila....

and into the X-ray room i went..
i tot i would take a long time,
but instead it was onli a few seconds...
went back to the doctor upstairs,
theh he assured us that my spine's ok,
but still have to get appointments,
well i would love it,
more x-rays plz!!!

i realli felt how close they are...
and taught me how distraughtful or lovely love is..

the time when she broke up with him,
