first time bow training with coach.
it was hand wrecking.
lol.
but then i feel rather dissapointed that my muscles ached even though its only 24 pounds.
how am i gonna cope with 32 pounds soon?
hmm maybe i need to be more seasoned.

after the bow training we had captain's ball.
nothing interesting though.
so off i went out of the game and asked the coach to check my form.
it all began with me fumbling around to get my anchor point.
then she started "tweaking" it.
so glad now i have a VERY comfortable anchor point.
after that was release.
hilarious part.
Me:*goes to predraw*
Me:*brought up rubber tubing(simulate as a bow)*
Me:*full drew*
Coach: Eh don't smile when you are at full draw..
Me:*puts down tubing*
Me: oh really? i cannot smile is it? aiyo cos i thought it would be good to be cheerful..
Coach: Nono you shouldn't smile..it might strain your anchor..don't smile.
Me:*full drew tubing WITHOUT any smile..so serious*
Coach:Ah thats better.
Me:-_-(makes that face)
Coach:Ok now release.
Me:*releases*
Coach: EH! You're faking your release! You should just relax your fingers...
Me: Grrr *under breath*
LOL its pretty funny when seeing in real life.
April beside me was like grinning like as if its soooo funny.
Again, -_-.
_-_.
oh whateveerrr i'm getting lame.

then after that asked ex-captain about dampers.
and he showed me the really understandable way.
He compared his damper equipped bow and my wooden bow.
then twang both bows.
I was SOOOO amazed at the difference in vibration.
gosh.
technology really rocks.
err sometimes.
ahah.
sometimes i feel that the ex-captain is soooo good at explaining things.
but sometimes i feel he's mean to me.
hmm i'll just think positive.

oh ya talking about positiveness,
i'm such a pessimist.
My new Quarter Master mentioned that my form is contant.
then i was like "huh? its constant tk bagus eh my form?"
LOL he did that -_- face lah.
LOL.

oh ya did i mentioned coach said i should be using 68 inch bow?
YAY!
so happy to hear that.
all this while i had been using the 66 inch which feels so damn stiff.
i think she measured April's draw length and 68 inch is good for her.
so i just compared my height and our arm length.
i was a little taller than her and my arms is half a palm longer than hers.
Coach called my hands monkey hands.
I feel so sad.
):.
so yeah!
68 inch babe!
woooh.

might be getting metal bow after SP Open next year.
buying cheap riser and limbs first.
but higher quality stabs, sights,etc.
then when i'm used to metal will be changing to the ever so popular InnoCarbon.
