today was SPDP.

its a kind of personal development program SP has for its students.

they can choose wide range of activities during the holidays.

i actually wanted to go horse riding but it was too expensive.

i wannated photography but i need a camera.

use my pathetic 2 MP phone camera?

and my parents won't trust me with the camera.

ironically, during holidays they will dump the camera on me.

and i have to take photos.

THE HECK.

well maybe i take good pictures lahh.

actually some pictures that aren't nice i edited them in photoshop.

so yea cheated i am.

once i had nothing better to do so i retouched a photo to make the teeth of the monkey REALLY white.

i wanted to post the photo but i cant seem to find it.

finding the photo would be like finding a needle in a haystack in the computer's album.

so back to the topic.

where was i?

hmm ok got.

so just now some year 1's and somehow years 3s went for archery.

but sadly i got no one to teach cos its like manpower is a tad bit too much.

well in the morning but not in the afternoon.

me and my archery partners came back from friday prayers to see a huge bunch of people.

so in the morning was just sitting there and discussing about archery.

our captain managed to answer our questions with much understanding.

i think i wanna go full win & win bow.

the reason?

i'm the kind of person who likes equallity.

if i'm not wrong he said win & win has speed without compromising stability.

i like that.

so yeah full win & win.

but about the stabilisers part.

i'm still a bit confused cos the discussion suddenly stopped.

i forgot how it happened.

LOL.

actually before the bow brands discussion part he talked about target panic and bow shanking.

first of all target panic.

as the 2 words said.

u kinda panic when shooting at a target?

LOL.

he told us theres 3 forms of TP.

1)At full draw somehow you cant control your bow and move it to yellow. It just goes to other colours.

2)At full draw, the moment the target had been seen in the sights, arrow was shot straighaway without aiming.

3)Arrow was shot without being aimed AT ALL. My captain told us it is the worst TP.

so during my Internal Competition during the IKO rounds and the Pesta Sukan trials i kinda had the TP's 2nd kind.

i dunno how it happened but i suddenly released the arrow even before i aimed at yellow.

LOL.

during the internal compe it proved disastrous.

yea like the kind straight away eliminated.

LOL.

during pesta sukan trial my score sucked.

so thats that.

i was lucky one of my seniors taught me how to cure the TP.

if not i wonder how my Pesta Sukan will fair. LOL.

so yeah after that.

bow shanking.

i did it in pesta sukan.

and its not supposed to be done.

heh.

its basically when you realise that u made a mistake in aiming or whatsoever in the last minute,

you'll swing the bow so the arrow sort of fly in a slightly different angle.

for example if the arrow was released when the sight is at the 7 pts on the left side,

the archer will swing his/her bow to the right to compensate for the mistake.

cheating. thats that.hahahahahah.

for example is the world class archer Park Sung Hyun.

what i saw in beijing olympics on her last end was that after releasing she turned her whole body to the right. LOL

the commentator actually said she was shanking. HAHA.

idiot seh commentator.

i'll just stop blabbering about archery.

but i really look forward to know more about archery.

maybe when i get to year two or wat,

i could pass down knowledge to the year 1s.
