The Station

omg this is so cool!
just now an LTA and HDB contractor came to my home to inspect for cracks to evaluate if they can excavate under the block..
in case u all dont know..
LTA's gonna build a MRT station in Bukit Panjang to reduce travelling time to only about 20mins when going to town..
and they happen to plan to build the station near my place..(:
hari hari merayap ah!LOL
so the contractors start taking pictures of the house and inspect for cracks..
(actually initially i though they are gonna check for mozzies breeding grounds..lol)
and they even say that a lot of contractors will come to my place cos they need to take pictures from the top..
my place has a bird's eye view that means!
and the HDB contractor said that the properties in the area will have a jump in resale prices..
wooot!
omg but we have to wait fer 10yrs
